Care starts with a closer look.

What do you feel?

A shake when you brake?

Tell us where you feel it, and when it happens. We’ll use that information to guide a careful inspection.

A symptom is a starting point, not a diagnosis.

Not every symptom means a new part. We check carefully, show you what we find, and explain the next step.

What changed? When does it happen? Your experience helps us know where to start.

Do I need to know what’s wrong?

Not at all. Tell us what you’ve noticed and when it happens. You can choose “I’m not sure” when requesting a check.

Will you explain the work first?

We walk you through the findings and proposed work, so you can ask questions and decide how to proceed.

Can I choose a day that suits me?

You can add a preferred day to your request. A workshop would confirm a time with you before your visit. On this concept site, you can preview a request; no appointment is booked.

What should I bring to the first check?

Your vehicle’s year, make and model, any recent service notes, and the locking wheel-nut key if fitted. Note when the symptom appears: speed, braking, turning, temperature or road surface. A short recording can help if a sound is intermittent.

Can you work on my car?

Send the vehicle details and the work you have in mind before arranging a visit. Brake, suspension and routine mechanical work may need different equipment or parts; the vehicle and job would be confirmed together.

How do drop-off, updates and collection work?

Confirm the arrival time, key handover and preferred contact method when arranging the check. Agree how findings and any revised estimate will be discussed. Before collection, ask what was completed, what remains to monitor and whether a follow-up is needed.
